PureVialKits dispatches orders exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping under any circumstances, and orders destined for addresses outside the fifty United States cannot be accepted or fulfilled.

Domestic shipments are prepared to standard laboratory packaging criteria to maintain compound stability during transit. Please ensure a valid domestic street address or recognized institutional laboratory receiving facility is provided at checkout.

Shipping is billed at a flat rate of $20 USD per order for standard domestic delivery across the United States.

Orders with an item subtotal of $500 USD or more receive complimentary standard domestic shipping.

The exact shipping rate will be clearly itemized at checkout before you finalize and place your order. All rates and fees are denominated in United States Dollars (USD).

Orders are released for laboratory preparation and dispatch only after your payment has been confirmed. After placing your order through checkout, you will receive an email containing your secure payment link for Bitcoin (BTC) or USD Coin (USDC). Once your crypto settlement is confirmed by the processing network, your kit order enters our dispatch queue. You will receive real-time email status notifications as your package is prepared and transferred to the carrier.

Estimated delivery windows depend entirely on the postal or courier carrier handling the route once the parcel has been accepted into their network.

Inspect your parcel immediately upon arrival. Research peptides in 10-vial kit format are lyophilized compounds that may be sensitive to prolonged exposure to ambient temperatures or direct environmental extremes.

Transfer all vials promptly to appropriate climate-controlled laboratory storage according to the storage specifications indicated for each compound.

We strongly advise that an authorized investigator or receiving staff member is present at the designated destination to collect the shipment as soon as the carrier marks it delivered, avoiding parcels sitting unattended in unmonitored drop zones or weather.

If your package arrives with physical damage, an incorrect item, or a missing vial from your kit, you must submit a formal notification within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed carrier delivery.

Submit your report directly through our Contact page. Please include your order number, a concise summary of the discrepancy, and clear, high-resolution photographs illustrating both the outer shipping packaging and the damaged or incorrect kits.

Upon verification of the claim, PureVialKits will issue an expedited replacement kit or provide a refund at our reasonable discretion.

Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory research reagents and regulatory standards regarding product chain-of-custody, we cannot accept returns or grant refunds on any kits that have been unsealed, opened, handled, or stored outside documented climate controls. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.

Returns of completely unopened, factory-sealed 10-vial kits can only be considered under exceptional circumstances and require prior written authorization obtained via our Contact page.

Unauthorized shipments sent back to our facilities without advance written authorization will be refused and responsibly disposed of with no refund issued.

You may cancel an order free of charge at any point prior to crypto payment confirmation by reaching out to our team via the Contact page.

Once your Bitcoin or USDC payment has been confirmed and the order enters preparation and handling within our cleanroom fulfillment process, the order cannot be cancelled, diverted, or modified.

Approved refunds are returned via the original cryptocurrency channel (Bitcoin or USDC) arranged by email through our support desk. The refunded crypto amount is reconciled against the USD transaction value agreed upon at order placement.

Original flat-rate shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or refund is the direct result of a validated carrier failure, damaged delivery, or fulfillment error verified by our team.
